If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If it breaks within a year of owning it then we have you covered babe. Message us at:

We will arrange return details with you. Where appropriate, we will provide return postage and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

We aim to make this process simple and no-quibble. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to fix it.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
