By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Faulty Items & Returns

We stand by our pieces.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

info@kittyfisher.com.au

We will arrange return details with you. Where appropriate, we will provide return postage and send a replacement as quickly as possible.

We aim to make this process simple and no-quibble. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to fix it.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions before purchasing,  we’re always happy to help you decide.

3. Order Cancellations

Kitty Fisher reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Item unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions

  • Shipping limitations

If your order is cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship worldwide.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and postal service conditions. Once your order has been dispatched, Kitty Fisher is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs processes.

5. International Orders, Customs & Taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Kitty Fisher is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred through customs clearance processes.

6. Product Variations

Each Kitty Fisher piece is made in small batches and may include slight variations in colour, finish, or detail. These are part of the handmade nature of the work and not considered faults.

7. Care of Your Pieces

Our pieces are designed to be worn boldly, but they are not indestructible. Please treat them with care. Damage due to wear, impact, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing fault.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitty Fisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
